Program Overview:
The Crafting My Life Program is a progressive, multi-level SEL initiative designed to help children build emotional intelligence, resilience, and empathy at their own pace. With a focus on self-awareness, mindfulness, and social skills, this program is structured across three levels to provide a tailored experience for children of varying age groups and learning needs. Level 1: 10 Sessions
The Foundation of Emotional Intelligence
This introductory level is designed to give children their first experience with SEL concepts. Over 10 fun and interactive sessions, children will learn the basics of emotional intelligence, focusing on recognizing and managing their emotions, practicing mindfulness, and improving communication skills.
