In the heart of a bustling city, there lived a young woman named Saumya. She was a
rising star in the corporate world, navigating the corporate jungle with ambition and
determination.
But, as Saumya climbed the ladder of success, she couldn’t ignore the toxic
undercurrents swirling around her. In the cutthroat world of corporate competition,
empathy was a rare commodity, communication was fractured, and negativity hung in
the air like a heavy fog.
Amidst this sea of strife, Saumya’s thoughts drifted back to her childhood, where her
wise and kind mother had imparted invaluable life lessons. Those lessons—about
empathy, communication, positivity, and resilience—had been her guiding light
through life’s storms.
Inspired by her mother’s teachings and fueled by a desire to make a difference,
Saumya decided to take action. She envisioned a world where children could learn these essential life skills from an early age, empowering them to navigate the

The Founder’s mother and lifelong advisor, Kiran, is the heart and soul of Kids Fable. She instilled invaluable life lessons in her children, nurturing them to become beacons of integrity and compassion. With her progressive approach, Kiran laid the foundation for success and happiness, ensuring her children gained the extra edge needed to thrive in adulthood. Today, her legacy lives on as Kids Fable stands tall, built upon pillars of values and humanity.
Saumya
Founder
Saumya is a problem‑solving enthusiast with a zest for life. Inspired by her mother’s teachings, she aims to spread moral values and kindness to create a happier world. With 12 years of experience in investment banking and business consulting, Saumya brings expertise in fundraising, business strategies, and financial research. Driven by her purpose, she is dedicated to bringing joy and stability to children’s lives through Kids Fable.
Yukti Rustagi
SEL Program Developer
Trained under the professors from NCERT, Yukti is equipped to provide Interpersonal counseling (Teenage Issues, Relationships, Exam Stress, Job Stress, Parenting etc.) and Career Counseling (Stream selection career mapping, Career Choice, etc.) She follows an electric approach majorly influenced by Humanistic and positivistic approaches to help her clients build their internal resources. Yukti has been in the field of psychology for 5 years & has worked with many adolescents, working adults, and couples both from India & Abroad.
Anshu Dua
Product Development Expert
is an educationist with two decades of experience in teaching and learning, spanning both corporate and elementary school education. Her transition from the corporate sector to foundational school education was driven by a recognition of the significant issues in foundational reading, writing, and thinking skills of the country.Her belief is “Right to Right Education is the solution to every problem”. To solve the socio‑economic issues of a nation, we must ardently work to change the whys, how’s, when’s and what’s of the teaching‑learning processes.She is currently working with Bharti Airtel Foundation as Lead and previously worked with SAAR Education as chief operating officer.

Steeped in the vibrant tapestry of design for over two decades, Pavan, our creativity expert, brings a wealth of seasoned creativity to our dynamic team. A creative luminary, he specializes in sculpting visually resonant narratives that seamlessly fuse artistry and technology. Pavan’s journey through the everevolving
design landscape has seen him embrace novel tools and styles, all while ensuring his work remains a testament to innovation and distinctiveness. He is the founder of Creative Monsters and running his venture with full energy and
vibrance.At Kids Fable, Pavan is redefining the brand and bringing innovation through his unmatched creativity skills.
Dr. Shalini
Psychology Expert
Shalini Choudhary holds a PhD in psychology from the University of Allahabad, India, and serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology at University of Delhi. Her doctoral research focused on borderline personality disorder, an area with limited awareness and research in India. Shalini has published and presented numerous papers on this topic and has gained extensive clinical training through her research, work experience, and participation in various national and international conferences and workshops.At Kids Fable, Shalini plays a crucial role in developing the SEL Kit and Program, leveraging her expertise to create effective tools and strategies for enhancing students’ emotional intelligence and well‑being. Her deep understanding of psychological disorders and extensive experience in the field ensure that the program is both comprehensive and impactful, addressing the diverse needs of students.
