Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Kidsfable, we aim to provide top-notch educational kits & programs. But we know there might be times when you’re not happy with your purchase or our programs. This Refund Policy explains how to get refunds for products & services bought from Kidsfable. By buying from us or signing up for a program, you accept the terms in this Refund Policy.
1. Return and Refund for Kits
We have a 7-day return policy for our kits. To qualify, please meet these conditions:
- You must request the return within 7 days of receiving your product.
- The kit has to be unused, unopened, and in original condition & packaging.
- All accompanying materials, like accessories and manuals, need to be included.
If these conditions are met, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. You’ll need to pay for return shipping unless the product was damaged or defective when you got it. We suggest using a trackable shipping service or getting shipping insurance on items over ₹500.
Non-Eligible for Return: Kits that show use, tampering, or missing items won’t get a refund. The Kidsfable team decides if a return is eligible after checking the returned kit.
Return Process
To start a return, email our customer service at kidsfable.info@gmail.com. Include:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the kit in its original packaging (if needed)
Once we get back the kit & check its condition, we’ll inform you if your refund is approved or not. If it’s approved, the refund will happen within 7-10 business days. A credit will go back to your original payment method.
2. Program Refund Policy
If someone in our educational program wants to withdraw, we can offer a pro-rata refund based on how much of the program is left. This refund is only available for genuine reasons like medical issues or unforeseen personal situations.
To qualify for a refund:
- The participant has to provide proof supporting their reason for leaving.
- The refund is figured out based on what part of the program wasn’t used, minus an administrative fee (if any).
Exclusions: Refunds aren’t given if participants withdraw without a genuine documented reason. Also, those who finish 75% or more of the program can’t get refunds.
Program Refund Process
To ask for this type of refund, participants should tell Kidsfable in writing by emailing kidsfable.info@gmail.com. Requests should include:
- The withdrawal reason
- Supporting documents (like a doctor’s note)
- Date of last participation in the program
After reviewing the request, Kidsfable will inform participants about their eligibility and process the right refund within 7-14 business days.
3. No Refund for Booked Sessions
Kidsfable doesn’t give refunds for any booked sessions with our team. Once booked, all payments are non-refundable & non-transferable. This applies to individual & group sessions like consultations & training.
We strongly encourage everyone to check their schedules before booking because we can’t take cancellations or rescheduling requests later on.
4. Refund Denials and Exceptions
Kidsfable can deny refund requests under certain conditions:
- Returned kits that are opened, damaged, incomplete, or not in their original state.
- Withdrawals from programs without valid documentation or after completing more than 75%.
- Any booked sessions that are marked as non-refundable.
We have the right to check all returned items and decide on refunds. If a request is denied, we’ll let the customer know why, and no further claims will be accepted.

We can update or change this Refund Policy anytime without telling you beforehand. Any changes will take effect as soon as we post the updated policy on our website. We recommend checking this policy regularly for updates.
